1 cup = 250 ml
1 tbsp = 15 ml
1 tsp = 5 ml

  • 1/2 tsp of maca root powder
  • 1 tsp of beet or acai, or pink pitaya superfood powder
  • a couple of smaller dates or 1 medjool date
