Ingredients
- 1 frozen banana
- a handful of cold strawberries
- 1 cup of unsweetened non-dairy milk of your choice
- 1/2 tsp of maca root powder
- 1 tsp of beet or acai, or pink pitaya superfood powder
- a couple of smaller dates or 1 medjool date
